The location is unbeatable—only two minutes from the metro made exploring Hong Kong a breeze. The spacious room was clean and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch.

However, I found the staff’s service can be a bit brusque at times. Some basic amenities like toilet soap were missing, which felt a bit lacking for a hotel stay.

The communal kitchen was a great asset for preparing meals and saving on dining costs during my stay.

Al Dente TST was a culinary gem just a stone's throw away, serving gluten-free delights that were straight-up bomb. The location was rad, only two minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui station, making it a breeze to bounce around Hong Kong. Plus, that rainfall shower was a heavenly touch after a long day out.

But let's not sugarcoat everything. the staff could really use a lesson in politeness, especially when I asked about an invoice—had an arrogant vibe for sure. And dealing with the laundry was a hassle at night. The cockroach incident wasn’t exactly a chef’s kiss either.

Aye, the room was dope, real comfy with a nice rainfall shower. Location mad clutch, just 2 min from the metro—made movin' around easy. Only thing, the walls was thin, heard too much from next door. That coulda been better, no doubt. I was vibin' in that bed, though.

We enjoyed the location, which made visiting family-friendly spots a breeze. The kids loved the nearby parks, and the access to restaurants was fantastic. It was nice to have our own space in a comfortable room that suited our needs.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Superior Double Room, and while the weekly housekeeping was a nice touch, I found the noisy surroundings a bit bothersome during my stay. Overall though, I would consider returning for more shared activities.
